CLIA Compliance
All DLS testing locations are subject to the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) and maintain current CLIA certifications. Refer to the list below for information on each of our laboratories.
Hawaii Licensure
All Hawaii testing locations are subject to the Hawaii Administrative Rules, Title 11, Chapter 110.1. Each location maintains a current Clinical Laboratory License, Class I Clinical Laboratory Permit, or Class II Clinical Laboratory Permit, as applicable.
Accreditation
DLS Central and QMC Laboratories are accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP). Accreditation of the laboratory is a continual process, therefore, a laboratory remains accredited until it is otherwise notified. A new certificate is posted as soon as it is received.
