DLS operates the laboratory in the Queen's Medical Center and manages the laboratories of Kuakini Medical Center and Molokai General Hospital.

The Queen's Medical Center, located in downtown Honolulu, Hawaii, is a private, non-profit acute medical care facility. It is the largest private hospital in Hawaii, licensed to operate with 526 acute care beds and 30 sub-acute beds. The medical center has more than 3,200 employees and 1,000 physicians on staff.
