WHAT IS VERI-5 ?

DLS provides you with an easy-to-use, completely confidential personal drug testing kit that is confidential, fast and accurate.

The Veri-5 self-administered drug test is a Personal Drug Detection Kit that can be used in the convenience of your own home. There may be a situation when you or someone you know may want or need to have a drug test performed. Drug testing (also known as toxicology testing) can be made through these channels:

• For a personal drug test or to test a child in your family, the Veri-5 Personal Drug Detection Kit may be used. VERI-5 tests for five popular street drugs (amphetamines or "ice," cocaine, marijuana, opiates and PCP).

• Drug testing for employment related purposes must be ordered through your employer or physician.

• Drug testing for legal or court related purposes must be ordered through your physician or existing court account.
